Joy Womac is a victim based in America. She has been studying at university for some time. She chose Targeting as the topic for her thesis. Following a questionnaire she created for victims around the world to fill in, which was publicized late 2022 - Her thesis is now complete. The thesis validates victim trauma and the connections of targeted individuals, no-touch torture, gang-stalking, human trafficking, active shooting/mass murder, and Havana Syndrome. This is an excellent document & we would like to thank her for her hard work. There were a few issues at first but her thesis is now available at the link below & is attached as a document as well.
