CBS News did a segment piece on Havana Syndrome on March 31st 2024.
While they do not mention civilians being afflicted, DEW – directed energy weapons are discussed, as well as the extent of the long term damage to FBI agents and staffers. As well, the fact that Havana Syndrome is being executed by a foreign adversary is included.
This tells me that they can no longer sweep Havana Syndrome and DEWs under the carpet, as it is becoming widely acknowledged and the number of victims is increasing. So they seek to blame Russia, as usual. Russia probably does use DEWs and maybe some attacks were by Russians, but CBSonly focuses o that.
