ICATOR updates in September 2025 !!!

After the summer break, during which time we continued our work with a smaller on-call team, but without interruption, we would now like to inform you about the latest developments in this September newsletter.

1. Awareness-raising campaigns and lobbying work with the United Nations

During this year, ICATOR significantly strengthened its collaboration with international human rights organizations. Our lobbying efforts focused primarily on the United Nations, with a particular focus on the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). We intend to obtain recognition from UN decision-makers for the cause of living beings who are victims of illegal experimentation using electromagnetic waves, medical implants, and nanotechnological and neurotechnological devices. The situation of victims illegally exploited as non-consensual test subjects for bioelectric weapons and networked stalking tactics results in a severe limitation of activity or restriction of participation in society, as well as impairment of a function or a permanently disabling health condition.On 24 July 2025, the ICATOR President, Ms. Melanie Vritschan, had organized a preliminary meeting with two United Nations representatives to discuss the planned ICATOR thematic briefing. On ICATOR’s side, our Vice-President, Mr. Derrick Robinson also intended the meeting.

The objective was to plan an ICATOR thematic briefing to address the committee to obtain recognition for our cause as well as to ensure medical cost coverage for the care of victims in the pursuit of one of our organizational goals. To create a specialized clinic for our members and victims from all over the world. This is one of our priorities.

To go forward, a second meeting is planned for October, to clarify organizational aspects and discuss an overview of our presentation, which should be submitted to the committee for their approval.

2. Press and media work

ICATOR participated, primarily through an interview with the ICATOR representative Ms. Melanie Vritschan, in the first part of the documentary “Cognitive Liberty: Neuroweapons and the Fight for Brain Privacy” published by the journalist Dominic Halpin. A sequel is planned for this fall. Mr. Halpin and Ms. Vritschan are scheduled to meet at ICATOR’s headquarters in Brussels in October to film the second part of the documentary, with a special focus on ICATOR’s lobbying work with the United Nations.

Furthermore, Ms. Vritschan has been invited to be interviewed for the TARGETED JUSTICE “Chosen Heroes” podcast. The interview, planned also for the month of October, will be conducted by the host Ms. Melissa Miller, specializing in portraits of remote influencing technologies victims advocates and community leaders. Another interview with ICATOR’s Vice-President, Mr. Derrick Robinson, is planned shortly afterwards.

3. Collaboration with other leaders of citizens’ rights movements

Over 10 years ago, when she was a candidate for the European Parliament elections with the citizens’ rights movement DEBOUT LES BELGES – “BELGIAN’S ARISE !”, ICATOR’s president, Ms. Melanie Vritschan had collaborated with the former Member of Parliament, Mr. Laurent Louis – who planned to return to politics in the next general elections in 2027.To this end, he founded the new movement “REVOLUTION” !

A gathering had been organized in the Brussels city center by Laurent, together with gynaecologist Dr Laurence Kayser, a co-founder of “REVOLUTION” ! to denounce the excesses of the EVRAS program in Belgian schools. EVRAS stands for “Education for relational, emotional and sexual life” and is rejected by many parents as a plot against traditional families and their values as well as an obstacle to the right of parents to provide their children with sexual education within the family.

4. Increased ICATOR social media presence and advertising campaigns

We have set up a Substack account which we intend to utilize to earn ongoing funds, as well as adding more and regular Youtube content for advertisement. 5. New statutes to be adopted and to be published in the Belgian Official Journal “Moniteur belge”

As it was mandatory to adapt our statutes to comply with the new Companies and Associations Code in Belgium, ICATOR has established new by-laws better suited to our operating method. This will also allow us to resolve the dispute created by former and now excluded board member Mr. Fabrice KOUYOUMDJIAN.

Pending the approval of ICATOR’s general assembly members scheduled for 19 September 2025, the publications in the “Moniteur belge” should occur immediately after. A case closure hearing, where ICATOR’S President Melanie Vritschan will represent our association herself to avoid further legal fees for ICATOR, is scheduled for 4 November 2025.

We must now constitute the budgets to carry out the obligatory publications in the Belgian Official Journal.
