UK lawsuit via - Tim - ICO reply

alisongsmith1986

As the UK community is aware, Tim - a UK victim with a legal background, has been working on numerous personal legal cases, and a group litigation.

To start with and to allow for more choice and opportunity, the group litigation was done via the ICO - Information commissioners office.

We had a response from them a few days ago, which has gone against us, but this is what we knew and anticipated.

It will now be appealed via the ICO tribunals services, which will lead to the case going higher up in which case this time it would be heard by an entire panel and much harder to be ignored. There is a contingency plan if this next stage fails as well.

I don't know if this is seperate to the above, but it is incredibly encouraging to read about the lawsuits against the NHS in particular, for false detention! It's about time too! Lately, I was subjected to 3 police officers attempting to engage me with MH team, for no reason. I declined needless to say! But it is criminal the way in which there is the immediate need to include MH teams. Thank you for email disclosing this information! It brings hope! Good luck to Tim!
