ICATOR - Updates December 2024

Dear ICATOR Members & Supporters,

ICATOR has spent much time and effort to resolve internal issues created by two former board members who contested the regularity of their exclusion. All their claims were rejected as unfounded by the judge and ICATOR has now put everything in place to avoid any additional obstacles in the furtherance of our organizational goals.

1.      Lobbying and strengthened advocacy work with the United Nations

Now we are back on track, over the past few months, ICATOR’s president, Melanie Vritschan, has been in negotiations with project managers at the United Nations for ICATOR to be granted an exhaustive presentation about our issues in Geneva.

To this effect, ICATOR team members are currently creating a PowerPoint presentation about the main complaints of an alarming rate of citizens from all over the world who are voicing complaints of sub-dermal electronic experimentation without their consent, either as part of medical research, scientific experimentation or for intelligence- or criminal- reasons.

Most of the affected individuals report an acute onset of symptoms associated with a perceived localized loud sound, followed by chronic symptoms that lasted for months, such as balance and cognitive problems, insomnia, and headaches. The manifestations of all these physiological effects increasingly reported all over the world have been regrouped under the term « Havana Syndrome »  and are now the subject of their own medical diagnosis.

To be able to organize this mission accompanied by two criminal justice attorneys, we require donations as well as our members to pay their membership fees for 2025 now.

2. Other on-going projects

Further projects are the creation of a medical house specialized in Havana Syndrome victims’ care as well as a new legal conference with our partner organization, the lawyers’ association DROITS ET LIBERTES (Rights & Freedoms) represented by the criminal justice lawyer, Mr. Paulo Criscenzo. The conference is scheduled for the beginning of next year. The exact date will be communicated in due course.

Please see a link to a video from Icator president Melanie Vrtschan listed below.

Sincerely,

Your ICATOR  Team
