Dear ICATOR Members and Supporters,

2. The TI ONE VOICE DECLARATION PLATFORM created by Stephane van der Aa
As most of you probably know as we are sending regular updates about the development of the TI ONE VOICE platform ICATOR is supporting, Stephane has further enhanced it. We have now 230 signatories today!
If you have not already done so, please connect to the platform at https://onevoice.witysk.org/ and / or email Stephane at stepvda@gmail.com for more information.
Recently, the mailing platform of the ONE VOICE tool has also permitted ICATOR to raise awareness for ICATOR’s work and remote influencing technology victims’ concerns with several European politicians, who have contacted ICATOR expressing interest in our cause and declaring their intent of disseminating our information.
3. Kick-Start of the planned ICATOR International Class Action
With the successful closure of our internal lawsuits, ICATOR has resumed its normal operations. As such, the pursuit of the planned international class action on behalf of our members is one of our highest priorities. However, legal funds that had been raised for this purpose had to be spent on the associations’ defence to ensure ICATOR’s court victory.
We are currently in talks with two of the leading criminal defence lawyers in Brussels with the objective to kick-start the ICATOR class action. However, for us to be able to do this, we must urgently reconstitute the necessary legal budgets. To achieve this as well as all our other running projects and honour our financial obligations to suppliers, such as our chosen attorney(s) and our accountant, as well as monthly operating costs allowing us to continue to serve victims’ needs worldwide, we urge you to settle your membership fee for 2026, if you have not already done so.
Please also consider supporting us with a donation enabling us to pursue the project of an ICATOR international class action.
