ICATOR - International Coalition against Electronic Torture & Robotization of living beings
Dear ICATOR Members and Supporters,Â
Updates on our successful Outreach to European Parliament Leadership:
We have recently finalized a detailed, high-level briefing with Mr. Daniel Freund, a prominent Member of the European Parliament. This strategic communication serves to officially introduce our association, establish the historical context of our advocacy, and advance our legislative goals at the highest levels of the European Union.
Our formal submission focused on several critical pillars:
Our Foundational Mission:Â We outlined ICATOR's established history since 2016 under founder Melanie Vritschan, emphasizing our dedication to gaining legal recognition for victims of non-consensual electromagnetic waves, biomedical implants, and neuroweapons experimentation.
The Global Context:Â We provided the necessary international backing for our cause by referencing our inclusion in the United Nations Special Report on Cybertorture (A/HRC/43/49, Page 20).
Historic Legislative Precedents:Â We reminded the European Parliament of our long-standing advocacy, highlighting our 2013 briefing to MEP Charles Goerens and our subsequent official proposal for an EU Regulation to completely ban physical torture and covert neuro-surveillance weapons.
TI One Voice Progress:Â We proudly shared the rapid growth of our collaborative interactive platform, which has already successfully gathered over 260 declarations from Targeted Individuals globally.
Crucial Call to Action - Support Our Push for a LIBE Hearing:
In our communication, we explicitly targeted Mr. Freund's influential role as a Substitute with the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE). We have requested an urgent preliminary briefing with him and his staff to prepare for a full legislative hearing to ban covert electronic neuro-surveillance torture weapons.
We need our community to stay active and engaged as we push for these official dates. Your ongoing support, membership renewals, and platform documentation are what give us the leverage to make these political meetings successful.
We fully understand that many in our community experience financial hardships, which is why we offer flexible instalment options for membership fees.
To maintain our daily operations and advance our advocacy goals for Targeted Individuals (TIs), we rely directly on your membership fees and donations. While we are actively pursuing long-term, structural funding through our UN initiatives, our previous attempts to secure external grants have been unsuccessful. Therefore, our immediate progress depends entirely on your grassroots support.
If you are in a position to submit your 2026 membership fee, your contribution would be greatly appreciated. Any additional donations, regardless of size, directly impact our work. For those who need to set up a personalized payment arrangement, please contact us.
Thank you deeply for your continued support of ICATOR and our shared mission.
