Havana Syndrome Time Line of events

 Havana syndrome, was named after the first diplomat reported strange symptoms, while working in Havana, Cuba. This name stuck, but was given a new medical term - anomalous health incidents (AHI’s).

However, the technology, its miss use, testing and application has existed for much longer, decades even. And there are tend of thousands of CIVILIAN victims globally. Civilian victims are more well know and referred to as – “Targeted Individuals” – TI’s.

Most will agree that since WW2, Nazi tests and experiments continued under operation Paperclip in the USA, which evolved into the MK Ultra program, which Bill Clinton publicly acknowledged and closed down – supposedly. This continued on though afterwards in the Montreal experiments which were reported to be centred specifically around schizophrenia.

It is also believe that by the murder of Bobby Kennedy was a product of the MK Ultra program, when Sirhan Sirhan “Real Manchurian candidate” – was arrested for his assassination.

Some also believe the timing of the DSM / ICD being created can be attributed to this crime, as a smoke screen for unusual symptomologies, such as victims hearing voices and labelling this as Schizophrenia. Schizophrenia was only added into the 2^nd edition of the DSM in around 1969.

It has evolved from there. I personally would like to include CONINTEL PRO – which was aimed at black people and other groups deemed too radical by the government, ECHELON – “The 5 eyes” – western nations uniting in shared surveillance and collaboration, and 9/11 into this time line, as post 9/11 saw the emergence of many fusion centres in the USA, and similar types of data centres in other countries as well. This also led to Edward Snowden leaking vital details on just how much data collecting and illegal monitoring of innocent citizens was taking place, and not just in the USA either, but globally.

Here we provide a simple time line of events on Havana Syndrome in particular, but ask all to include the above in the time line as well. So while the media has mainly been aware of this crime, which is a crime against humanity and a form of mass genocide, since 2016, the time line in fact dates back to around the 1950’s, possibly a bit farther back.

1940’s – Nazi experiments and operation paperclip. Continued into 50’s.

1950’s – DSM created.

1950’s –1960’s - MK Ultra program.

1950’s – 1960’s – Montreal.

1960’s - Bobby Kennedy killed.

1960’s – DSM added Schizophrenia – 1969.

1950’s – 1970’s – Conintel Pro.

1980’s – present day – Echelon – “The 5 eyes”.

2001 – 9/11 – Fusion Centres created globally.

2013 – Edward Snowden leaked information.

2016 - Originating in Havana, Cuba – Diplomats from the USA and Canada reported having strange symptoms which have since been termed as  - anomalous health incidents (AHI’s)  also known as Havana Syndrome hence its origin. Since then until present over 2,500 officials have reported being a victim of the crime.

2017 - Donald trump appointed a team to investigate this in 2017 including Dr M Hoffer, who has diagnosed many victims.

2021 – Kamala Harris’ flight from Singapore was delayed by three hours because of Havana Syndrome: Two US staffers were medevacked out of Vietnam after 'anomalous health incident' in Hanoi. Havana Act signed by Biden provides for the possibility of one-time lump sum payment for those affected by Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs).

2021 - The National Academies of Sciences & appointed expert Prof James Giordano former head of the IEEE and other renowned institutions reported on the matter. Giordano says the attacks are likely from a directed energy device. A similar explanation is given by National Academy of Sciences.

2022 – A Congress committee was introduced to investigate Havana Syndrome. Also, Giordano acknowledges civilians are being attacked.

2022 – 2023 – Study into Havana Syndrome at Stanford University. Concluded 2024 and findings were invalid.

2023 - Compensation has been awarded to some government employees by the USA administration and congress committee on the Weaponization of the government. Mr Mark Zaid – Ex-CIA, now lawyer to whistle-blowers is representing victims, and often speaking publicly and honestly. 

2023 - United States House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government was created.

2023 – 2024 – Neurorights Bills passed in Chile, EU and numerous states in the USA.

2024 – Advanced Echelon – Havana Syndrome investigators spoke via the USA-DIA – Defense Intelligence Agency – acknowledging civilian victims and actions to be taken.

2024 – Canada legal case for survivors of MK Ultra / Montreal experiments began.

2025 – The first civilian Havana Syndrome victims register was created by Dr Len Berr of Targeted Justice – USA victims group.

2026 - In January 2026 it was reported in the media that the Pentagon had purchased a DEW weapon and that during the arrest of President Maduro in Venezuela this or something like this was used by the USA military.
