Also PACTS ntl sent out thier own newsletter with many updates, one of which being a victim who has had a sit down and in person meeting with President Trump who has stated he is going to help with targeting.

Also that Tulsi Gabbard - director of natinal intelligence - is to set up a new task force looking into Havana Syndrome.
