Annual UK TI Day is to go ahead this year.
It will be as usual outside NO 10 Downing Street, London, on the 29th of August from 1pm to 5pm.
There is a FaceBook link with details listed below and an email address to Paolo who is the head organisor this year.
Some have already confirmed they are attending, we need and ask for as many UK victims to try and attend and as always helpers are more than welcome.
Having banners, flyers, signs, megaphones, is always needed.
Last year a person aided by bringing a fold away type table for leaflets to be placed on for the public to pick up as they walked past. If this perosn is attending again you may wish to ask about this directly.
It will as always be a peacefull rally / protest aiding in raising awareness and all there will support one another.
We get many contacting us wanting to meet other victims and develop a support network and this is the perfect way to do this. You would be with fellow victims and they would each understand what you are going through. All those who have emailed us this year about this we will send an email to directly so you are aware in case you miss this post, and typical mass emails we do weekly will also incude the same details.
As you will likley already know, this event is a golbal event, not just here in the UK. Many victims groups, assocations and charities hold thier own TI day events on the same date in numerous countries around the world, so it is important we make an impact for awareness raising on top of helping victims meet others.
