Targeted Justice file 2nd Lawsuit !!!

Yesterday, Targeted Justice filed a new lawsuit. This lawsuit focuses on the FBI’s refusal to provide information about the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB).

Under the Freedom of Information Act, we are entitled to FBI records that were removed from the TSDB, specifically people that died while their names appeared on the TSDB. Dead people have no privacy rights – which means we can obtain the records. The FBI has refused to release the records, because they know it will prove the illegality of Handling Codes 3 & 4.
