This video was made 8 years ago and clearly shows that this limited hideous targeting program is exactly the same targeting program that is in global use today!, it shows very clearly nearly all of the tactics used to destroy a human through the targeted civilian program, id say this would be a very good educational type production for any family and friends whom have a hard job believing what
is happening to you.
